A Chinese smartphone manufacturer “CUBOT” made a brand new item: NOTE S. Maybe this name was from Samsung’s a model name from vain variety junks. But I don’t expect about something sensitive, worry to lose-able and prohibited to revered insertion stupendous magicall pen – sure I don’t use that if even it included. It had just 5.5 inch 720p HD display, so maybe it named to NOTE S. Ok, a big screen. Yeah.
There’s many issue to choose this budget smartphone for long shipping term (and there’s nothing to select other option for DHL or e-EMS by seller) for these:
- Thin up and down bezel size than other similar Chinese budget things.
- So it is smaller than other 5.5 inch sized Chinese budget things.
- Metal frame !
- Rounded 2.5D gorilla glass, Wow … !
- Over 4000mAh battery capacity !
- Low energy cost CPU and GPU ( MT6580 / ARM Cortex-A7 4 cores, 1.3GHz with MALi-400 MP 1 core )
- 2GB DDR3 memory with 16GB MMC flash – and up to 64GB external SD card slot with dual SIMs.
- 5 points of multi touch – It is really a charming feature than similar priced budget phones.

I don’t expect fast performance by MT6580 CPU. It is 32bit and 4 cores running in 1.3GHz. Even GPU is not support OpenGL ES 3.0 – It is MALi-400 ! What a grandfa from the past of 2 or 3 Generations before. Plus, MALi-400 MP core is only one, Haha – Expect there’s nothing to play good graphics gaming.
So, Why I chose this? Just I paid 79.99 USD with shipping fee in ALiExpress. And good actual reviews from internet. So I have ride in together to become a sacrificial offering.
It may need wait for minimal 15 days to a month to arrive package on my hand. Keep in touch for next time.
